Terms of service

# The rules, in plain words.

By buying a key or using RedBeard, you agree to these terms. Last updated 28 October 2026.

## What RedBeard is

RedBeard gives you access to Sherlock, an uncensored AI model, through the chat on this site, the API, and compatible tools. There is no account: your key is your access.

## Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, and allowed to use a service like this where you live.

## Your key

Keep your key secret and keep a copy somewhere safe. Anyone who has it can use your plan. Because we don't know who you are, we can't recover a lost key or move a plan to a new one. Don't sell or resell access.

## Plans and payment

- You pay in USDT. A plan runs for 30 days from the moment your key opens.
- Each plan has a 5-hour and a weekly allowance. When you reach one, you wait for it to reset. Unused allowance doesn't roll over.
- Pay-as-you-go credit is used up as you use it.
- Prices can change for new purchases. A plan you've paid for keeps its price until it ends.

## No refunds

Crypto payments are final. We don't refund plans or credit, including unused days or allowance. If you want to be sure first, try the chat with a small pay-as-you-go balance.

## How you use it

RedBeard doesn't refuse questions, and we can't read your conversations, so what you do with it and with its answers is your responsibility. Security work on systems you're allowed to test is welcome. Don't use RedBeard to:

- create sexual content involving anyone under 18;
- attack, break into, or disrupt systems or accounts you don't own and aren't authorised to test;
- do anything else that is illegal where you are.

## Fair use of the service

Don't try to get around the limits, overload the service, or attack RedBeard's own servers. We may stop a key that does, without a refund.

## Answers can be wrong

Sherlock can make mistakes. Check anything important, and don't treat its answers as legal, medical, or financial advice.

## Availability

We work to keep RedBeard running, but we can't promise it never goes down. The [status page](https://redbeard.live/status/) shows its current state.

## Our responsibility

RedBeard is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 30 days before the claim.

## Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using RedBeard after a change means you accept it. How we handle data is on the [privacy policy](https://redbeard.live/privacy/).
